I noticed a trail that I am not sure where goes. After riding up 3 B's and hitting Chutes there is a fork a "short" distance after the play area. I went left and think stayed on Chutes and then made left a while later down zips (into wash at bottom).

However back closer to top if I made right at fork looks like "steep" non tech single track down (from what little I could see). I have never hit waterfall/goat but heard it was past zips so prob not this trail (correct?). If so, what is this trail and where does it go?

Is this the ride up from flat on other side of dam from irvine park? tough or tech climb (or down from top) What is it called?

If you're talking about the right before Chutes, which is not a singletrack at the top along the ridge, it's Waterfall. The trail will eventually turn into a singletrack. Waterfall can be quite deceiving as the top doesn't look hard at all. Halfway down, you'll realize it's quite steep with a lot of rocks. If you're comfortable with your bike handling skills, give it a try. Walk the parts you're not sure of....really. I've seen a quite of few crashes on this trail. When you get to the bottom of Waterfall, you'll be back on the Oaks trail which will take you back up the 3 B's.

thanks for the info. yah upon reflection think was not ST. whatever it is if i can sneak out early enough I'm hitting it after work today!
