I won't be making it this Wednesday but will return to my regularly scheduled program next Wednesday. Still taking it easy after my tri! Yay, I finished alive and within my goal of 4 hours (official time was 4:15 with my transitions). I'm ready for the next one and ready to improve my time now that I know what it takes.

I think my friends with the tandem will be out. Look out for them.
