Come out for a ride at Sycamore Canyon (Pt. Mugu) on Sunday, August 24 @ 7:00am.

We'll meet at the Wendy Trailhead:

I'm going to keep the description short and simple by listing out the trails we'll take in order:

Wendy Connector
Big Sycamore (down the Black B)
Sin Nombre
Two Fox
Backbone
Guadalasca
Wood Canyon
Ranch Center Road
Art's Trail
Ranch Center
Big Sycamore
Wendy Connector

We should cover about 18 miles by the end of the ride. This is a social ride so nobody will be left behind so please come out and join us!

Its my first wedding anniversary, I'd get killed if I take off for half the day riding

But my new frame came today, I should be able to get it built up in time for the next one

I will probably be able to make one of these come October...training for a 10 mile ocean swim is getting in the way of my mountain biking currently

any one know a good way to go from space mountain to sycamore and beach? would love to do a long ride from 101 to beach. I love space mountain too

Instead of making the right off Space Mountain onto Rosewood you make the left. It takes you to the Wendy Connector trailhead.

Here is what I found.....connecting 2 geoladder routes looks like plenty of pain and fun. With more pain options on the side for the choosing.

The Los Robles trail which travels across the hills from Space mtn. over to Potrero rd. is one of my favorites. Not technical, but some fun steeps and rolling ST.

I will see you guys at 7am tomorrow.
