Cuyamaca 7/19 8:00AM or earlier

A buddy and I are going to ride out in Cuyamaca Saturday morning pretty early to beat the heat. I am thinking of something like MTB Bill's Grand Loop, only instead of Soapstone taking the single track that heads north and eventually brings you back around towards the lake. Then maybe Milk Ranch, Azalea and Fern fire roads back to the parking area. It would be a mix of single track and fire roads. It would likely be a 3 1/2 hour ride at a moderate pace with a fair bit of climbing.
