I am not familar with the san sevaine trail although that may be what I am riding. I basically go up foxburough street and then follow the powerline maintance road (it is very difficault and technicaly at times) over the ridge and into lytle creek road. Here is the map
http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path...th-Power-Lines

I have done other routes in that area but exploring on your own is not that safe. This gives a description of what else is offered.

I did this trail one time but i ended up having to hike out :P
http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/edison-shack-route
and i want to try this one time as well althoguh i am nto sure how diffilut the ned will be, (i started up it backwards once and turned around).

Yeah, the first one is San Sevaine short version, We start here in Fontana and ride over to Lytle Creek then climb the fireroad up to the top then descend back down the singletrack, Kind of a short ride at 14 miles but still fun. It doesn't get enough use so the thorns from some of the growth sticks you pretty good and it seems like it's over way to fast. I plan on going and doing this one again soon but I'll be doing trail maintenance and cutting it back, any tread work will have to wait till early spring. The others I've done recently and are okay rides but there's a lot of other fun stuff around.

Anyone take a little dive on last evenings ride. I was doing a little filming at the little flat area near the bee hives, and shooting up at the ridge you ride along to get to the switchbacks to get down into Marshall. Caught someone, looked like their front wheel slid out, they got right up, so it probably wasn't too bad. I know - this post is no good without pics, but I haven't figured out how to post vids yet.
