My back iz still an issue. I took it easy for 5 days and no improvement. I am back on the road bike today. I can't sit here any more. Not sure when I will return 2 BMX racing. Soon I hope. Sup Dino nd Fred :' )

I'm down for a change of cuisine too. I could really go for something that isn't fast food. The only non-crap meal I've had all week was a salmon dinner at the olde ship

On the plus side, my 1 mile sprint to class every night seems to be paying off. I can almost pin it the whole way on my 20". Too bad the gearing is way too short for flat ground, so I end up spinning out pretty fast.

I will also have to get up early on Saturday morning, so I won't want to stay out late, either. Ko already had other plans for tonight, so she won't make it. She sends her best birthday wishes!

I have the 20 and the cruiser with me tonight, but I'm not sure if I'lll spend much time on the 20, though.

Is anyone inthe group racing tonight? If not, maybe we can skip out early for dinner right after the 1st practice session? That way the restaurant employees won't spit in our food for walking in 5 minutes before they close and the early birds can still get dinner as well.
