I've posted them last couple weeks but no one has replied. Doesn't help that the rsvp function isn't working great on top of the posts being made somewhat late.
I think we're on for tonite though the RSVP is not working. I'm going to go regardless so if you can make it be there at 6:00 (NOTE EARLIER START TIME) |

weird... something must be wrong with the computer here at work because i don't recall seeing any of the postings the past couple weeks and i usually make it a point to check for them.
even now, i don't see the post for tonight (unless you were referring to the one starting from bike empire). anyway, i can't make the 6pm ride tonight, but i'll keep a closer eye for next week's post! |

When we start at 6 you probably wont need lights. We are seldom out much over 2 hours and there is still enough light to get by until around 830.
There is a ride that goes from Pro Built Wheels Tues at 5:30. Not aware of any on Thursdays. Quote:
In the past when you created a ride in the trail talk forum it created a thread as well as a calendar entry. Doesn't seem to do that anymore. Maybe next time I'll create a poll in the forum so people can reply and one in the calendar so they can see it in the front page. |

i rode home from work for the first time for a while through the canyon tonight and went up to the del mar mesa area. I normally just do rides from my house which is right at the east end so i rarely ride that far west. So, I haven't been up there since the construction began and I could not believe what I saw... Never in my life have I seen such a large area of what used to be open space leveled and grated... just totally wiped out; it was sickening.
the amazing thing is i just read about this guy getting reamed by the city for supposedly making jumps without a permit from the city even though he had the property owners permission. http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=428522 money talks, huh? |
