Let's ride Big Bear from July 4th to 6th...

I'll be staying up in Big Bear for the weekend of the 4th arriving Thursday evening and leaving Monday morning. If anyone would like to hook up for a ride in the mountains let's arrange a meeting place and time.

Also, those that have rode up there and have suggestions on some nice singletrack, please post here or PM me.

I'm driving up Saturday morning (5th) and returning on Monday (7th). I'll be riding with my gf, and so we'll be doing mostly mild trails, but I would like to do some of the fun stuff, perhaps while she's resting.

I will be driving up morning of the 4th. Riding the 4th and 5th and returning the 5th. Lee, lets meet up on Saturday. Karin and Ko can ride together while we get into some shinanagans.

2 weeks ago while on the Fawnskin side of the lake, Greys Peak trail had a BIG sign that said closed...I'm not sure if it's open yet - due to the fires they had up around those trails last fall..

Grays' Peak and Area 51 are still closed for fire rehab. Everything on the southside of the lake is open and ready to go!

Well, bummer about Fawnskin area being closed but if I have the time (I'm with my wife and daughter) I'd like to meet up you guys somwhere up in BB.

I'll PM you my phone, actually my wife's phone number because I jumped in a pool this week forgetting I had my phone in my pocket.

Everyone once in a while, it's tough to be a happy family.

Our four-day vacation in BB at the in-laws has suddenly turned into a day and a half. Something about feeding the neighbors pets while they're gone (and us?) and a REAL important date.

My son & I will ride Friday for sure but I'm not too sure about Saturday. The little guy still isn't real confident on the MTB so we'll probably try ghixon's newbie route.

I'll be there on the 4th with my Dad. Possibly the 5th as well. Look for the goofy guy on a blue Trance and an STR sticker.
