Please feel free to let everyone here know of all the cool things that are going on at Bellflower BMX. We still need to talk about doing a 4X series there.

Sorry I couldn't make it out last night. It was a long weekend of riding in Big Bear, and my back isn't doing well. I think my age not only has caught up with me, but I think it passed me.

4) Fullerton Mike is the ultimate Sandbagger... Haha!

5) We were all QUITE IMPRESSED with the improvements Suggie made on her new Intense Podium. She seemed to be more comfortable, better in the pump sections, she was noticeably faster and she seemed to be "planted to the ground" (if that makes sense) .

6) My Brother took PLENTY of pics.

If "you" are a fan of PAINTBALL, the BMX park is located at the HOLLYWOOD SPORTS COMPLEX. Very impressive paintball/speedball/soccer fields.

The Intense was awesome! I'm hooked! It's so much lighter and faster than the Ventana (duh!) and I almost ate it a couple times when my foot slipped, but it was loads of fun!

Thanks to Dino, Freddy, Donny, Matt and Julia for all your words of advice and support! As Dino mentioned, huge shout out to Mike @ Fullerton Bikes for your help and the work you did on the bike! I hope I haven't left anyone out. I'd also like to thank the Academy for... Oh, excuse me, wrong speech.

Hopefully on Friday I'll learn to take out whatever's up my butt so I can relax a little more...
