Cool. Not sure that I remember who you are though.. how long ago did you go on a Path ride (and where did we go that day?), and what were you riding?

I'll be out there tomorrow on my 7point7 (black, with a red Path sticker). What does everyone ride, so I can identify the group?

Look for some socaltrailriders.org stickers on some cars and I have some on my fork. I ride a black and silver Yeti 575.

I'll bring my bike to work just in case I can get out of work that early and sneak over there. A quickie at Aliso would be nice since I probably won't be in much condition to ride on Sunday

I seem to recall some photo documentation of that mishap. Ouch. Glad to see you're fully recovered.

Kippie's map is right on.
Easier yet, if coming from North (73 South) you can exit on Glenwood, make a right and first light is Canyon Vistas, make right here head on down to park entry and end of Canyon Vistas.

Pacific Park is undergoing some "resurfacing" and traffic may be a biatch.

Right on, more accurate.
..I thought they were the same exit with PP being on your left?

Kippie- I'd be down with the carpool. Can we swing out like 15 min earlier than we normally would?

Ohhh, yeah I definately remember you then

Good to see you're back on the bike, always sucks to get injured and be out for awhile. About a month after your crash I had a similar incident (wasn't on a Path ride, was riding with another shop) and separated my shoulder which put me out for a bit too.. At least you have video/photo evidence of yours though

Anyway, see ya out there today.

WHOAH!! I'm finally riding w/the crazy Rob? KICK ASS!!! Hey is Jackson coming too? So what time is this thing? I will try to sneak out of work for this ride. And what’s the best route from the Anaheim Area w/all that traffic? (91 and 57)

I'm a south county kid, so I'm not sure, but I'd say get yourself to the 73 as easily/quickly as possible. You gotta pay, but that mofo is FAST and puts you right at Glenwood when southbound.

Maybe 91 - 55 - 73? I know the 55 sucks though....

The most direct route would be the 57-5-55-73.
If toll roads are ok i believe the best way would be to cut over to the 241-133-73.
The 133 becomes Laguna Canyon Rd. and meets the 73

I'd have to advise against taking the 133 south into laguna canyon road in the afternoon. With the construction that sucka gets UBER-JAMMED with traffic. I'd take my chances on the 55...

There isn't going to be any really fast way at that time of day.
However the 57-5-55-73 should be the fastest. For the most part you are going against traffic, normally they are heading out to Ghettoside at that time of day. Further, that portion of the 5 S is usually open and the 55 will for sure be going against the main traffic flow and the 73 is always empty.

Good Luck
