Whiting with the crowd and Aliso later.
Heck, may even head down Stairsteps and up Willow to El Moro too

Anyone interested in riding the "Tour de Stupidity" with me?

You're not racing at Rim Nordic Sunday?

A couple of us are riding Whitting Saturday afternoon, around 5:30 or 6. Come join us if you'd like.

I'll be on the road at Aliso on Saturday afternoon, so I'm not sure about racing Rim Nordic. But, I do want to do the next one....we'll see how Saturday goes

Otherwise, 0730 for a start on Sunday wouldn't be too bad

Where: meet at the Portola entrance near Ralphs (park your car wherever, or even ride your bike to the park)

Why: 'cos we can

In anticipation of the park opening (news) a ride through Whiting Ranch.

Meet at the entrance adjacent to the Ralphs supermarket at 8:45 to ride at 9am.

A beginner friendly ride. We will do some sort of loop, with a few excursions for those that are interested.

don't know where this is, can someone please give me a clue

Xhuskr, Wrecker, How long of a ride you guys doing? I was going to spin the roadie on Sunday, but I guess I can just ride to Whiting and back and for the same effect.

Dang, I'm always finding excuses not to ride the road bike. Even if I'm riding asphalt.

I plan on riding it twice tomorrow. First with the hoard at 9:00 adding a loop in Edison. then pulling my son on the trailer bike.

Here is the route I plan to take beginning at my house a few hundred yards from the start.

Default will be there with the giant crowd!

Silver Hyundai, Idaho Plates. Silver 5 Spot, Orange Helmet.

I'm sure I'll remember some of you

Will be good to rip cactus singletrack again, and the flowy cool turns on 2nd half of the loop back towards Portola.

yes. it would be a bad example to set if it rains hard enough and they don't close it.

I'm considering taking a handful of Advil and coming to this. My ankle and shoulder are still messed up, so it depends how much pain I'm in when I get up!

More like 6. We'll be parking in the big dirt lot off of Glen Ranch Rd.

Hey Elisheva (Beth), was that you on channel 7 at noon?

KABC had a nice report on the Whiting opening & I'd swear that was you at the end. There sure were a LOT of MTB's out there.
