Hi, I would like to post a night ride in the San Clemente Single track area at 9pm sharp. we would meet at the end of Pico road and the waste pumping station right next to the trail head. my name is karl and please send me a message if you want to attend. not sure how long of a ride 1 or 1.5 hour but i can only ride single track now at night if i go in a group ( wifey's orders )

Yup. It's legit to ride at night.

Sometimes you get a light and sound show courtesy of the USMC.

I think there is a Lakers game at 5:30. Thus, I think Karl is planning a post Laker game ride.

Probably cuz it's nice and dark at 9, Still light out at 8ish, and hard to see anywhere in between in the failing light.

I like it, count me in haven't ridden at night in a bit. You'll have to deal with me crying and complaining about riding a SS though. It'll only be my 3rd ride on it since taking off the crutches, er gears.

well im pumped to ride and meet all of you guys. i live in the apt just up the hill ( off of the end of Pico) from the trail head. the reason why i ride late at night is for a few reasons. the game, light conditions, and spending time with my wife. she is a teacher and is sleeping by 9pm most nights.. ill be waiting by the trail head at 8.45 or so and will plan to head out by 9.10pm if you end up running late just call my cell phone 801-699-6464
