Traci, quick question. The food people are bringing-up, is there a place we can all keep it? Obviously, it's coming in a cooler but considering the length of time it will be there and warm temps, I'm a little concerned about perishables (i.e. meats).

Aside from a side dish or two, I think I'll bring up a few extra lbs. of marinated chicken to Kabob on bamboo skewers. We need some ying and yang. I see lots of Carne Asada but that's about it.

A cooler with ice should work well.
