Fully loop recovery run

Ok ya'll I know for most of you the loop is as easy as your local paved bike path, and thats exactly why you have no excuse to not come! I am going to be riding the loop at 6 AM (and yes DINO that time does exist) this Saturday 2.25.2006. I have been cleared by my Physical therapist for more "strenious activity ." I am going to use this ride as a gauge of my recovery and abilities, but if you think I'm going to be slackin' think again! I can't stand watching all of you go on sweet rides while I sit like a freeking cheerleader on the side lines.

Just talked to LifeFlight, and they said "Please, no calls before 7:30am. We like to sleep in, too." I'm with them--make it later, I might join ya. If you insist on 6:00am, well...be careful!

Unfortunaely I have family stuff going on that day and this was the only time I could get away. trust me next time will be later!

Where's the meeting spot for the loop? Do you have a physical address? I think I might be able to join, but have never ridden the loop, and don't know where to meet everybody.
