BMX at the Orange Y Track

I know it's a bit late to post, but better late than never!

Join all the STR peeps at the Orange Y BMX track this Friday night. Bring your 20", 24", or 26". Whatever you've got and feel comfortable riding!

Practice and sign-ups are from 5:30 to 7:30 on Fridays, and races begin shortly after registration closes. You can practice on the track, or participate in a race, or both!

Requirements:

1.) An ABA membership (or sign up that day for a trial membership).
2.) helmet (XC or full face)
3.) long sleeve shirt
4.) long pants
5.) plenty of water!!! This is one heck of a workout.

the track is located at the end of Palmyra

I'm going to (try) and get there close to 5:30 so I can check in and be riding by 6!
