Exclamation Weather update for Sat morning....
They are calling for a 40% chance of rain in Chino Hills.. thunder showers up until later afternoon... who knows? ...this might be a case of meeting and drinking... and, as Sam says, is this a bad thing?

Sam, the fire that you posted pics & video of looked small enough & was quickly taken care of.

No chance that it could affect this ride, eh?

I doubt it. I'll find out if the park is closed, but I really doubt it.

Crap. Hopefully the showers will miss us and we can go on as planned. If not, we'll still find ways to enjoy ourselves. I'll be bummed if we can't ride though.

It's not that rain that we're afraid off, I welcome it cause the trails need it. The park may close due the forecast this Friday and Sat.

It's sprinkling here in CH now. We hear thunder in the distance. Hopefully this will all blow over by Saturday morning.

Well, after the weird rain here in CH, weather.com has been updating their forecast. Now it says cloudy for Sat, but showers Friday PM. Hopefully this will all go away and we can enjoy our ride without a hitch!

We've got some painting and yard work that we could use some help on.

There is an empty lot near by that has an approximately 3/4 mile loop on it. How about a short track xc race?
