You know, for some reason a good number of the usual suspects for Sam's ride are very likely to be found at any sort of ride called Bikes and Beers!

For anyone who is wondering, significant others and children are more than welcome to join us for the ride and/or lunch and beer tasting (no beer for the kids, of course).

Pugz, I showed Linda your avatar pic of your son and now she wants you to bring the baby. No pressure though.

Well she is handling the food but I want her to ride with us so we agreed to just do make your own sammich with sides and stuff. She still may not ride with us because she is an awesome hostess and will want to be home preparing to have guests.

Ricky, you and Liz have a standing invitation to our place anytime. If you bring Jake for a visit Linda would make you your own beer chicken to devour. Linda likes you and Chewy though I can't figure out why...

Sam, sorry we will have to miss your birthday celebration!!! We are going out of town for the Memorial Day holiday (but in your honor, there will be a lot of beer consumed after our river runs for the day!!).

Sam, John, Vickie and I will be doing some shopping today. Maybe we can bring some of the locally brewed stuff from Fruita.

Head over to Main St. in Grand Junction and hit Rockslide Brewery. Try the Rabbit Ears Amber.

My in-laws live about 5 blocks from Rockslide. Of course this means they also live only 11 miles from Fruita.
I sure do miss them sometimes!

(sorry, didn't mean to hijack the post)

Our house is definitely not big enough, but we'll stick all of the riff raff in the backyard and hope for the best.

Bring lawn chairs peeps or you get to sit on the floor.

Not all beer is for everyone, but there is at least one beer for everyone out there. I am sure we can find a beer you enjoy David. Afterall, this is a beer tasting and we will have at least 25 different beers for you to sample.

Zima? Donnie, don't do it. I like you too much to throw you out of my house.

Danny, IMO the only brewery in Vegas worth visiting is Triple 7 inside the Main Street Station Hotel (old Vegas).

If you wanna bring food, go for it. I am sure nothing will go to waste with this crowd.
