Daily thought: some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs!

IMO it is overpriced and was fugly next to my Blue frame. I am a Fox fan but just could not do it

Decided to wait a few months (maybe weeks) and get what I really want. A TA 120mm fork like the new Reba

Are you kiddind me... Thats the best story you could come up with? Please tell me you were surfing the ironing board down the stairs and crashed or that you were jumping off the second story into the pool and missed. But the eliptical trainer....WTF You better have had more than three people on that thing at the same time(naked)!!!
Any way feel better man!!

HUGH

Oh you still riding? Inquiring minds want to know.

The knee sucks but is a little better... I may try and hit up the Newbie ride tomorrow to see how it feels on a bike.. and go from there..

That sucks about your knee, but now you can shuttle me up to Blue Jay! Seriously, hope your knee gets better quick, and happy birthday bro! Birthday shots Saturday night at the patio? Maybe Cortizone shots would be better....

Take a laxitive and a sleeping pill should fix you up right. Happy birthday

It's about 22 miles total out and back and about 3500' of climbing if you go all the way up to Blue Jay. Only about 15 miles and maybe 2500' of climbing if you turn around at Cocktail Rock. There or thereabouts anyway.

Edit: Close enough. - http://www.geoladders.com/show_route.php?route=105

Since the ride does fall on 420, a little cush could help alleviate the pain!

Anyway, happy birthday, Jeff. I've been on the DL for the past five weeks;however, I'll try to get my sorry ass down for the ride on Sunday.

looks like ray and myself were the only ones to make it out this morning...

i will have to rub it in by saying....what an epic day!!

perfect weather, trail conditions, no bike traffic equaled a killer ride.

it was ray's first time out on SJT and my first time past cocktail. we were rewarded with a perfect day and a super fun ride. we did bluejay the SJT loop and back down....crushin it all the way!!

maybe we will see some more of you out there next time!

btw...super overgrown on the loop....sternum glued to the stem!
