Default Cancelled: LPQ Sat 9AM

I'm gonna suffer solo instead. Sorry for posting this.

Gonna take the new SS out to LPQ. This is my first shot at it, so this will probably be a slow ride. (I'm always slow, but this will be slllllooooooowwwwwwww).

Don't know where to start yet. If I have people joining me, we can decide together. Options are the ball fields parking, DMM at the end of Carmel Mtn., or you name it -- as long as it's an easy start.

This will not be the LPQ epic, but I think we can get in some Tunnels action and maybe some small intestines aka little bean.

I vote for the ball fields. Now I am going to type more excessive words just because it keeps telling me that my message is too short so we will see if it works now.....

I know we've been having some killer weather, but, I'm not so sure the trails are open. Anybody have a trail update?

I'm having second thoughts. I might want to just go solo so I don't make it a 5#!77Y ride for anyone. I'm gonna cancel.

I think I have the record for canceling a ride in less than 90 minutes after posting. You almost had me...

You know misery loves company. I have to agree if/when I get my SS build I'm pretty sure it will be relegated to solo rides.

I started thinking about the fact that this is my first ride, and who knows what it's going to be like. Doug kinda got me thinking about climbing powerlines too. I think I'll just fart around and learn what it's like to be on a rigid SS.

When you build one, I'll ssuffer with you.

I rode sycamore canyon as my maiden voyage on my then full rigid ss. I started looking for a shock after that ride. It wasn't that bad but I did turn around early and had to walk the last half of the climb to the poway parking lot. I am slow. I don't mind waiting. You know what misery loves..... let me know.
