Today epicratrider( Todd), Scott I hope cant remember, long day. Well first off all I have to say is the 210 freeway sucks, it was a parking lot, but I was still only 10 min. Late.This was my first real ride in over a month.From the very start I could tell it might be a long day. Well any how we made it to the top ( Todd and Scott were very cool and waited for me).The first downhill was a blast. All I can say is the Santa Ana's are lame in comparison.Well get to the bottom of the first down hill and had to climb out a little from near the ruins ( sorry don't know the trail names) and I bonked hard, I was dizzy, had nausea and my legs were spent. Well finally made up and went for the second downhill, I was so tired the downhill was hard.All in all it was a great day. Both my riding partners were extremely cool and helpful. I got a lot of work to do to get back in shape. The back held up great, just got leg cramps pretty bad.So here some pics.By the way Todd is on the white Intense, Scott on the sc.

One thing I forgot in my RR is the exposure keeps you on your toes.

ahhhh grasshopper
Good to hear you're back on the bike.... you'll find that only the first couple of rides will really hurt and you'll be back in peak condition in no time at all!

I saw this car on my way home from work and it had a white intense. Sorry for the blurry pic. Its off my phone and I was driving.
