-91 East
-15 South
-Exit Clinton Keith Road
-Turn Right when you exit the freeway
-Take Clinton Keith Road up
-According to geoladders, there is parking at Tovashal Trailhead but it does require purchasing a parking pass. I'm poking around google to find more info. When I do, I will update unless someone chimes in. Geoladders also warns that horses use this trail and there could be some doodie bombs.

Default SRP trail map

Here's the "official" trail map. But it doesn't make clear the multi-use trails where bikes are allowed. I think that is all Sylvan Meadows trails, left (north & west) of Clinton Keith Rd, plus Washal & Fenceline trails along the other side. Nothing else over there though. The Stevenson Canyon trail also goes up "Harold Davis Hill" (can't find my picture of that...) over the road and continues on off-map. There are other off-map connectors too.

Tracie, you'll love it there. It's very SS friendly.

It should be nice and green right now as well.

Parking can be limited at the Tovashal trailhead ...

I doubt that it will be crowded early on a Saturday so we should be fine.

This parking area is located directly across from the Visitor Center parking lot. Once you pass "La Cresta" the parking area is about 500 or so yards on the right. With the Visitor Center being on the left.

I'll be in a black toaster (Honda Element) ... I'll try to be there a little earlier so I may meet my life long dream of being a landmark.

If anyone would like more detailed directions send me a PM.

See you guys there ...

Scott

Thanks for the additional info! I'll be in a Silver Honduh Accord Sedan. Hopefully I will time myself correctly to get over Ortega! -Ken-

Hey All,

I rode the trails at SRP today and they are good shape. There are a few muddy spots but nothing that should not be ridden.

I'm bringing a "newbie" friend of mine who is gracious enough to drive so I won't be in my black toaster. We'll be in a white Xterra.

See you guys tomorrow ...

Scott
