Coto-Caspers ride Thurs. 3/6 9:00 a.m.
Third time's the charm - driven back by mud twice, but this time we will make it to Caspers.
This will be a mellow ride from the Dove Canyon waterfall to Caspers Wilderness Park and back. Total distance is 20.7 miles. Here is the route: Coto - Caspers Cougar Pass This will be a mellow ride but not a newbie ride. KeepsWhatHappens will be working, so no "A" team this time. I will post this ride with the Trail Angels as well, so there will be some lovely Angels riding, too. I'm not sure how long the ride will be, but considering the pace I wouldn't make any lunch plans. Brenda got hurt!!!!!
Brenda won't be joining us - she's in the hospital after a bad crash on Chiquita Ridge on Saturday. Was airlifted to Mission Hospital with undetermined internal bleeding and injuries. Took the handlebars to the abdomen. Just a weird bad luck thing - had hardly a scratch on her. She's in bad pain, I'm keeping an eye on her so I'll keep the group posted. I guess I should do a quick write-up in the Rider Down forum...

Regarding Brenda
So sorry to hear about Brenda. She was doing so well. Let's hope it's not too serious and wish her a speedy recovery.
