Gonna wait to see what the weather is like next Sunday, but its going to be cold at least in the morning. I have a windbreaker type jacket that converts into a vest, plus I'll have my cycling jersey with a base layer underneath. I also have a head cover underneath my helmet that I can pull over my ears if its really cold. I can stow my jacket and head cover easily in my Camelback Mule.

As far as food, I'll bring a bottle of Cytomax, Powergels, peanutbutter sandwich(maybe 2?), some Sportlegs pills, and close to 2 liters of water, but still don't know if I can do picklejuice.

Should be high 50's? I'd say wear what you would for a cooler day here in So Cal. For me, I'd wear my half fleece/half lycra knickers, a wool base layer, jersey, and definitely arm warmers. If it is sunny you will probably be warm enough climbing, but cooler descending.

Bright a vest/jacket, and if you are wearing baggies, I'd say knee warmers if you have them, and possibly wool socks.

Maybe a change of gloves for the end of the day? Don't worry a ton about clothing. If it's mid-50s it should be a great day for climbing/riding, especially if the sun is out.

Long sleeve base layer under the jersey and possibly a windshell.
As for food, just a couple of granola bars along with the 3 month old shot bloks. I might throw an uncrustable in there for after the ride. Maybe 2 if we plan to make a whole day out of this ride.

I will have h2o at Southfork along with some snacks but plan on bringing something substantial.
Also, if you a 2-way radio bring it, we are going to try them out for the leaders and sweepers since cell service is sporadic.

I'll also bring the magnesium fire starter, space blankets and also pepper spray for any bears we encounter. I know some of you like your mealworms raw, so I'm still debating on the titanium cookware. Anyone else planning on packing heat? Canned or otherwise?

its not bad, very smooth singletrack that just flows really well. you don't really notice all the climbing since its like riding rolling hills...

Glock 9mm enough? Got some OC spray also to motivate the slow pokes too. "Comply or you will get sprayed!"

I do have a couple of radios we could use though.

Default Forgive my noobness

Sorry, I'm confused.
Not being familiar with this trail I cannot for the life of me determine the length of the ride.

Can someone please let me know what the total mileage is?
