Who: You and a bunch of your STR riding buddies
What: Camping and riding at Hurkey Creek and Idyllwild Trails
When: April 4-6, 2008 (come up and camp Friday-Sunday, or come join us for a day ride)
Where: Hurkey Creek campground in Idyllwild
Why: because we like it

I'll look up the sites we got last year since those were pretty good and then we can start reserving spots nearby.

Depending on riders we may split up rides, or maybe not. There are plenty of trails to ride in the area, and we won't be seeing a fraction of them!

Not gauranteeing a family friendly environment near the main campsites

There is running water, pay showers, etc.

Come join in on the fun!

Damn Tax Season. I'm basically a single father 'til the 15th, so going to be tough to make it this year with the little guy and all. I'll try to swing something though, this was too much fun last time.

Doh! Just remembered, I already finagled a pass for AZSF this year. Hurkey Creek will take an act of Congress .

Should we try and reserve the group campsite this year. That way the fire pit is bigger and everyone can fit around it and still stay warm.

We camped at the group camp for 24 HOA and it was a really nice big fire pit,but the restrooms/shower were pretty gross

I about reserved a site for Sat night since for sure we're camping in a pop-up,(Neil wants to use his truck tent) but didn't want to stop people from reserving it for both nights if that's the plan for most of the group.So i'm up for what ever.

I just reserved #107 (where we camped last year).

If anyone wants to share, each campsite can have 2 vehicles, 2 tents, and 6 people. So, $20 for the weekend if anyone wants to share a spot with us!
