Del Cerro status and other questions

Hello everyone,

If I posted this in the wrong forum I apologize.

I was curious about the status of Del Cerro. I hear conflicting stories about its' status; is it open, is it closed?

If it is open to mountain bikers; Does it close at a certain hour? I ask because I want to ride there but I'm not able to do so until after work and that's usually not until later in the evening.
