Have your cleats appeared yet, or are they still no where to be seen?
Yeah, I had to hose down my shoes just to see the cleats...then I had to take them off so I could get all the rocks and clay out. It's been a messy affair.

You might want to change the name to Tuesday.

I had a bit of mud on my cleats too. I waited until I cleaned them, and the mud got hard as a rock. I had to use a screw driver to chisel the dried mud off.

Mine had a solid sheet of mud. I sprayed them with the high pressure and still had to chisel clay off.

You have to give the water a good amount of time to soak in. More than one spray may be need. I mean, it was mud when it got there, right?

Was it hard to clean out your bike, the area near your rear shock sure was clogged.

There was a rock embedded in the mud in the rear triangle that was preventing my front derailer from tracking correctly. That's where that nasty sound was coming from. But yeah, it had to soak for a good 10 minutes before I could brush it all out.

Sorry I missed you guys. I didn't make it there 'til 6:20 (stupid traffic). I did a loop anyway, it was perfect weather.

I'll have to try again next week.

you must have been right behind us, we hit the dirt at around 6:15 or so. It was a small group but I think everyone still had a good time

Thanks for letting me ride with you guys last night. I didn't have a chance to check the calendar so I showed up planning on riding solo. It was nice meeting some new folks... I had a great time.
