I couldn't manage to get out of bed so early, after the long ride on Saturday. My body needed a rest! I picked up some poison oak too...fun stuff. Anyway, we should see you next week!

L8 APEKS - You will have to take us Sunday Loop riders on your long ride sometime soon. Me too, couldn't get up needed more than 3 hrs of sleep time. Looking forward to get back into it next Sunday.

I'll do a long group ride soon. This one wasn't too enjoyable except for those select few that enjoy suffering.

About 8 hours of riding, most of that climbing. My legs still feel it! haha!

The Sunday ride was much smaller than usual, but that allowed us more talk time. Everyone did well - I think the only mishap was Cheese's friend who attempted a curb hop at the lake. Those kind of things always happen in front of a crowd. He executed a perfect fakey OTB, side swing, land on the hip manuever.

One flat in the lot, one at Gus Grissom followed by a broken stem five seconds later, one slow leaker and one bent rim. All in all, a typical Loop. Thanks for the ride folks.
