No pain no gain

It's a nice social pace and there is a no drop rule and if I make it I am still getting over a nagging cold/allergies so I won't be going real fast.

HAHA and 2 hours was a FAST one! We usually average ~2 hrs and 30 min. It really depends on how many people come on out. We regroup OFTEN and give a chance to the people in the back of the pack (haha usually me and a few others but hey I just like to SAY I'm sweeping...
LOL) to catch their breath before starting back up again. Shortest one I've been on was 2 hours and longest was close to 3 hours!!! There is a bunch of "extra credit" you can do though if you are looking for something more difficult but this particular ride is more for hanging out with awesome people than improving your Fully time.... Believe me, you will NOT be over your head at all. And if anyone out there who has been thinking about/wanting to come but worried about riding with the group, come on out!!! I started riding this Sunday ride after only a few times EVER being on a mountain bike... Come on out! I PROMISE you a blast! (Plus, let's say on the far unlikely chance that you end up hating the ride, Hero's will make it ALLLL worth it! hehe ) |

I assume it to mean no one left behind. We make sure everyone makes it and hopefully has a good time. This isn't a race by any means. It's simply a fun relaxed ride with great people.
As has been said, if your a noob or a lurker (or both!!) come on out. You'll meet all kinds of riders, and you're guaranteed to find riders at your skill level to do other rides with too.

I had almost no skill level and horrible endurance my first ride and everyone really helped me out. They made what would have been a horrible ride, a great and enjoyable day! Best group to ride with.

I'll be there and I ride sloooow. Just look for a woman on a black IronHorse that's me. No worries I know all the shortcuts.
I need to borrow a wrench - need to switch pedals on my bike. If you have one will you please let me borrow it. Thank You, -Elvia
