Attention Newbies

Switchback Cyclery
is
holding a FREE
Maintenance Clinic
on
Wed. Jan. 30th
at
7:00 pm

At Clinic #1 will be covering: General Maintenance
Flat tire repair
Truing Wheels
Der. Adjustments
Disc brake adjustments
V-brake adjustments

Bring your bike...this is hands on!!

Snacks and drinks will be provided!!

PLEASE RSVP...we only have room for 20 people...if these clinics are a success we will hold more to accomodate everyone.

The length will probrably depend on the questions from everyone...but we are planning on no later the 8 or so..we want everyone to be able to fiddle with their bikes a bit and practice what is taught if they want.

think i noticed a second date mentioned as well in one of mtbj's prior posts.

Cannot recall "topic"...maybe trailside repair or bigger repairs (fork??) .

is that scheduled as well, postponed, canceled??

btw- great idea. thanks for running this. see you there!!!

Next one will be Feb. 13 th and yes it will focus on trail side repair...I will be posting it this week!!

And if we have a big enough demand we can continue to have them at least once a month.

We will have a 2nd clinic in Feb.

Topics will be emergency trail repairs and such.

Keep an eye out.....there will be an RSVP posting just like this one shortly.

Just wanted to say thanks to Tim and everyone else at Switchback for the clinic last night. Appreciate the time you put into to this and look forward to the next one. It was good to meet some new STR people, too.
Also, thanks a lot for truing BOTH of my wheels!!! Good thing I got there early and my bike was near the truing stands!
