The downhills at S.O. is pretty short. Not really a prime shuttle spot.

Don't you ride a Weyless with a grannygear ? 35lbs. or less right ?

My advice would be ride up Santiago Oaks and hitch a ride to Big Bear for all day shuttlles till you drop, on the ski lifts.

Agree......climbed the 3 bitches on my 40 lb. Bullit for 3 years. Hell it is not even that bad of a hike a bike.

Agreed, I use to hike-a-bike the 1st 2 bitches on my 45lb BigHit. Then the 3rd bitch you should be able to clean on any bike unless you're in pretty bad shape.

Sometimes all you want to do is hit the downs. And by shuttling you can get in more runs then if you were riding up. I ride up most of the time, but I do enjoy shuttling too. As long as you have the route, you can shuttle any trail. Long or short.

Come shuttle with me at Mt. Wilson this saturday. PM me for info if you (or anyone else) are interisted.
