I tore some muscle in my leg sprinting before properly warming up yesterday. A good soak in the hot tub this morning is helping a little, but not enough for me want to ride over there. Did get a gift however, bring it next week sometime.

sorry I couldn't jump in as our plans got changed but at least i was able to sneak out early for ride when sun was out. hope fun was had by all and again happy bday chrisl

Ruining It For The 95%

i think some of those guys are still trying to eat their breakfast! those omelette's were freaking huge!
thanks to Chris and family for having us all out, i did not get a final head count but it had to be somewhere around 20-25 people that came out to celebrate Chris's bday.

I've been tasting my chilli-cheese omlette all day, mmmmmm.
Brady & I had a great time with a great bunch of people. What a perfect way to start off your birthday Chris.  My wife regretted not going so she and I hit up Stubricks tonight. I got one full belly............
