Fun ride folks. Thanks for hosting this.
I left you a gift on the trails somewhere...my clear night riding glasses got left back somewhere, probably while I was puking. Oh well. ![]() Aaron and I made a new rule on the way home, never night ride a trail we haven't ridden in the day. SCST kinda kicked our asses. Nothing more humbling than being DFL. I'd be up for a daytime ride followed by a trip to Pizza Port.

Rumor has it DeeZee saw a wild 400 lb. hog in the creek and decided to jump off the bridge and wrestle it to the ground. He then "hog" tied it up and branded "DeeZee" into it's hide with a hex key before releasing it back into the creek. KRZ |

DeeZee was just being nice and giving us slow guys an excuse to stop and wait. You're such a giver DeeZee.

I was trying to stay with OMR but the high rolling resistance due to the tubes in my tires was making it hard. Well it was either that, the tread pattern or the psi was at 38psi (I normally run 39 psi). However my stiff cranks, light wheels and steel frame were in the flow. Came around a corner and there was PC walking across the bridge. Instead of running into OMR I grabbed a handful of brakes, my fork flexed, landed on top of the bridge and ended up in the creek ![]() |
