Whats shuttling?

I'll be climbing to Blue Jay and back down. Probably going to start around 9ish. Where are you thinking of riding?

I was debating wether to do san juan, trabuco, or holy jim. not sure about the trabuco creek road conditions though. I'm up for climbing san juan if you dont mind my slow climbing; will probably only make it to cocktail rock though (need to be home by 1 or so) Didn't i meet you in san clemente.....matt?

Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was you guys, so I didn't ask. I ended up talking to one of you in the parking lot for a bit, he explained that t and a was actually laguna ridge.

Von-skipp was thinking about going at 9; i would like to go earlier than that, 8:15- 8:30. The trailhead is off of ortega highway (74), about 12 miles east of san juan capistrano; take a left on the dirt road at the fire station (right before the highway really starts going up the mountains) & drive up the dirt road (I think the first part is paved?) about 1.5 miles, trail is on the right. If you're not sure wher to turn off of ortega highway, we can meet at the beginning of the dirt road. Bring $5 for a daily parking pass if you don't have an annual one. basically it's a long climb up, and an absolute blast coming down. it's a tough climb for me; haven't done it in a while. Planning on pedaling up to cocktail rock (6 miles) and then coming back down.We can also shuttle to the top of the trailhead 15 miles further up Ortega highway, but I'd rather climb. If you're interested let's decide on a time. Von can you go at 8:30? But if you start later, you'll probably catch up to me.

I'm gonna log off now and catch some zzzz's. I'm gonna plan on starting at the lower san juan trailhead at 8:30 am. If either of you can make it, post here or pm me. I'll check it in the morning before i leave the house at 7:30. Or you can call me on my cell at 949-228-1556 after 7:30.
