ill try and make it out. just gotta go pick up some tubes so i dont get stuck out on the loop again. headed out there yesterday and got an unrepairable flat, so now my back tire is full of eucalyptus leaves look out for that ladder drop by the water tank

I got lots of extra tires in the 26 inch size if you need one. Only one tube, need to hit up the LBS.

I have a few extra presta tubes. It's always in my truck. You can use them if you dont have time to go to your LBS. I should be at the parking lot a 2-2:15.

BTW, I rode there yesterday for my last 07 ride. Just past the tunnels, after the dirt intersection, I saw two teens finishing up what appears to be a ladder drop/jump. They were hauling dirt w/a wheelbarrow. I could be wrong but the fullface helmets may have given it away. We will confirm tomorrow

im fine with tubes, im just gonna swing by JAX fullerton tomorrow and pick up a few to get me through this week. my friend in SLO owes me like 5 anyway that hes taken up on various rides (3 of those in one day )

with the guys building the jump, at least they've got helmets now, they could definitely use it with the size of that jump...

I rode yesterday afternoon and the trial is in great shape. Be REAL careful for the branches that blew down in yesterday's high winds. I saw two DNF's by the side of the trail with braches stuck in their broken spokes.

Thanks guys for slowing down your pace for me, I really appreciate it. Even though I was the slowest guy out there and fell a half a dozen times, got a few scraps and bruises, a handle bar to the chest, and really cramped up legs, I did actually have fun out there. I'm for sure going to ride the loop again.

Thats the spirit, glad you had a good time,I was expecting to ride alone, but had a good turnout.You kicked butt, next one will be easier.The most important thing is you did not quit (props).Now you need to get Law to join STR. If the trail is in good shape join us on Sunday at the loop.
