Since this wasn't on the calendar, I figured I should post it up. Lots of people signed up for CC and VQ. The time to prepare is NOW! Get on your game because you will need it!

today was a pretty light day. we only did like 19 miles. we have three days to rest and recover and then we will be destroying ourselves on saturday again.

Edit: OMG, I'm 54th! Geoladders starts over every year! I must ride tomorrow.

Allison's got a legitimate lead after day 3 for the week. I'll bet she finishes top 5 for this week. That's not easy to do anymore either.

So are they having an early start, and if so, who's gonna take advantage of it?

Both times I rode the VQ I enjoyed the early start because it put me a little ahead of the heat, once it warms up.

Everybody starts at 5:30. Early enough for me.

The WS site says 5:30 am. I didn't see anything listed about alternative start times.

This seems like a GREAT time to point out that I was crashed into really hard right after the start last year. It is kind of crazy. No, I didn't rush to get out first. We were mid-back. Justin had our "booze cruise" light. He took off into the darkness and the rest is history...
