Hollenbeck Canyon New Year's Eve Morning: 12-31-2007

If anyone is undecided or has questions about this ride, don't be shy about asking questions. I have been to Hollenbeck Canyon several times, and I have always found it to be a nice all-around ride.

Sorry about your Crank Arm/Pedal problem EMFC. We can definitely do it again sometime(check out that trail up the mountain). It was nice meeting all the new peeps and riding with everyone. Have a great New Year and I will see you on the trails. Later.

Not really, a few guys snapped some pics at one stop, we were to busy climbing!

We need to plan another ride, lots of hidden trails we discovered now that all those trees and bushes are not in the way.

Daryl, thanks for organizing the ride, it was fun. BTW, I tried out the sushi joint that you recommended this evening and it was tasty. Thanks for the heads up on it. Monkey rolls sure are an explosion of flavors for the taste buds.

I'd go again sunday but I am heading back up to big bear this weekend for some skiing. Ill definatly make it out there again though. I had a great time.

I had a blast! I barely recognized the place...Man, the fires really scorched a lot of the terrain. Fortunately, the actual trails were all intact, and as a side benefit, with all the brush burned-up, visibility was greatly improved, and I saw many trails I never knew existed.

As always on the STR group rides, I had a fun time with a great group of people.
