why do you park on the street and not in the lot?

Habit. The lot get's super crowded peak season and there have been vehicle break-ins before, so we just park on the street closer to the Shell and Chevron stations.

gotcha. So are you guys just blazing through thre basic stuff or doin some big climbs? I'm debating on bringing my SS.

Not a whole lot is open yet, so the climbing will be kept to a minimum.

I was going to bring my SS, but the 29er was calling to me this morning when it came time to load up a bike. And she is so sexy with her big hoops and new hotness still is affect. How could I resist?

Fun ride today. The best part was when PacMan Drop kicked this guy in the head for jogging on a closed trail. He then picked the guy up and threw him onto his girlfriend and they both collapsed to the ground unconscious. Lastly he stood over them triumphantly and pounded his chest while a pacifier insignia appeared in the sky. Til next time, ride safe, and stay off closed trails. or else.

Nah, nothing that bad. I would've liked to have done that though.

We saw some joggers/hikers--a guy and his girlfriend--on a closed trail and waited for them to come down closer so I could "educate" them on proper trail use. At the bottom they had to climb through a temporary barbed wire fence.

I notified them that they were on a closed trail and should probably be more careful in the future.

They responded by saying they didn't know the trail was closed.

I said, "So all the signs and the barbed wire fence you just had to crawl through didn't make you wonder?"

They said they came from the other end of the trail and didn't see any signs.

I mentioned the other end of the trail has signs and a barbed wire fence as well. I then said, "Please stay off the closed trails in the future."

The guy responded by saying, "Ya, whatever."

I told him that people like them are why trails get closed and to please stay off the closed trails in the future.

They ignored me and kept jogging--down another closed trail. There should be a "bitch slap" law where we would be allowed to bitch slap stupid people like that.
