Trails near/in Chula Vista

I'll be spending Christmas in Chula Vista with the in-laws and my wife suggested we bring our bikes.

Does anyone have any information on trails that are nearby? .gpx or .crs files would be of great help as well!

Sweetwater is a well known ride but by far not the only one, I don't have gpx files but I could show you around on Christmas day or the following weekend. What days are you planing on riding?

As bajamtnbkr mentioned Sweetwater is out here. We also have a network of canyon hoping trails that are fun. What type of riding are you looking at doing. What does you ride schedule look like? I may be able to ride as well depending on family plans.

BTW to the Normal Sweetwater riders; What is up with the Home Depot Flag Trail at Sweeetwater. If you've seen it you know what I am talking about.

I think we'll be coming into town on Sunday night and leaving on Wednesday morning. Potential ride day(s) would only be the 24th and 25th.

Nop, care to share what area? I normaly ride from my house and start at Gnag Catcher down.

when you get ready to go, send me a pm. we have so many trails done here we can ride for hours without doing the same one twice, cool names too. freefall, pablos chute, Ho Chi Minh, Sanctuary, Dysentary, only to name a few.
