Hey guys, let me know how it goes. I would be there if I didn't have to work today. If I get a chance before work tomorrow, I might go check it out.

That was fun.

The trail still needs some work. We're going to try to get another crew together to finish up. It's probably ridable, but the rangers had all kinds of stuff they wanted done.

It rained on us a little. Hailed on us a little. Overall though, the weather was perfect. The wet soil molds and sets up better than it would if it was dry. It is a little heavier.

If you need incentive, one of the guys won a set of XT discs.

Thanks to all of you for your hard work. Did they have an idea when they were going to schedule the next one?

SDMBA won't be heading up the next Daley work, but they have other stuff scheduled. I think it's online. I think nappyt is going to try to contact the Daley people so we can get back out.

That trail will be fun. It's doable both ways and some of the structure we put in to divert water will make for some fun little jumps.

I had a lot of fun. That might be because I was an hour late, so I didn't work as hard as Brian, Matt and the others. I will be out for other trail work day if I am free, it was fun.

Daley has a group of guys that do trail work separate from SDMBA. I am going to get there contact info to see when they are going back. They said they are out there once a month.

I was sorry to see more people couldn't make it out. I think we will have a chance to do some trail work in SD at least once a month. SDMBA will be doing some work at Nobel next. I will need to see if I am free that weekend.

Good to see those that made it and I hope to see more of you the next time...

It was a good morning - perfect weather (other than the 10 minutes
of real rain on the drive back out), good company, and lots of progress on the trail. Anybody that didn't come missed out!

Lots of fairly major trail re-routing at the bottom where I was ... some really nice rock to use for berm bases, choke points, etc. out there.

Yes, please post the next Daley trail work. I did some earlier this year at Denk Mtn (La Costa) with a group, and am willing to volunteer more. Was planning to join y'all today, but a couple of good friends I hadn't ridden with in a bit wanted to ride Denk (yea, I know, lame excuse, but understandable, right? We had a great time).

So can you divulge the general area of the new trail, or did the rangers swear you to secrecy until it's complete?
