Default Sunday Morning Fully Loop -- 8:00 am

This is the Sunday newbie ride so we will regroup frequently.

Rumor has it that the mayor may again grace us with his presence.

Uhhh- hello? Six people have RSVP'd (YES) to the PUGZ ride?? Is this a joke?

I expect the total to be (12) by the time I return from my San Gabriel's ride.

Got that Bush? Coleko? I will spare the a few others from PUBLIC humiliation!

If the weather holds it'll be a gorgeous ride. This afternoon I was treated to views of Catalina and beyond. I ventured on the Panorama extra loop and could easily see downtown LA and the fire in Malibu. See ya in the am.

I think I'm done with the Fully for a while. 7 laps= 82.2 miles. Would've done at least 2 more if the beers didn't get in the way last night.

I really want to be there but I might have to flake due to a leg that hurts and won't stop oozing due to a crash on turkey day. I'm ashamed to say I went OTB and rolled at Bonelli

Bonelli?!!?

Couldn't you have said, "I was on the 4X track at Fontana.... wind was scary..... caused me be "SHORT" on the double jump." Now, doesn't that sound better?

If you don't make it- Hope to see you the following week!

A really nice ride and we picked up the pace, 1:38 last week vs. 1:20 this week. Good job all.

Pugs,

Bummed that I missed this. Home with Julia and Stef, Julia has a cold. We will be driving each other CRAZY. She woke me at 6:00 a.m. thought she could talk me into letting her ride.

Hope you all had a great ride.

Good ride today, I feel much better than Friday after mashing for 40+ miles the previous few days. See Dino... it's fun for others when I leave my brakes moto'd!

Great ride, had fun and met even more people whos names I will most certainly forget.

It was good to ride even though I was getting over a cold. In fact I felt better after riding than after a dose of NyQuil, go figure.

As I was getting ready to ride today I was looking around the parking lot and I started to get nervous. Most of the riders I saw were people that were a lot faster than me and some pretty skilled riders, then it happened a truck pulled in with 2 specialized bikes on the back. The driver came out and I knew he could ride, what had me shaking in my boots was that the passenger was none other than slim jim the wheelie popping shredder. The mayor annointed him the ride leader and rite then I knew we were going to set some serious speed records.

It really was a great ride today and it was great to see some of the more experienced riders come out and push us newbies. In the end we had the fastest newbie lap yet, had a great time and left no riders behind.

My friend had a blast, though he crashed a couple of times, especially when he tried on Barry's sweet bike, the smile he got out of riding that bike is priceless and he's been warned not to use the right lever brake as it is the front brake, he looked stoke riding it until the end part. he squeezed the right lever brake, OTB in slow mo. Overall he liked the experience, i think.

Thanks to Dino for the stewardship!!! and thanks to OTHRider for hanging out with me while waiting for my buddy and showing the loop.
