I'd be interested in the XC. Is it true you can ride the course beforehand?

Yes you can pre-ride and the course is normally marked on Friday.

If you have a cyclocomputer at all, the printed directions from GeoLadders should pretty much get you there. Just follow the tire tracks

Where does it say no wall?

Just curious. I can't keep up with the Expert DHers when there is pedaling, much less when there isn't

I made that assumption based on last year's Cal State race at Fontana. I guess with it being a two-run format, they want to keep the runs short.

They are separate days. It seems like it'd be just like any other SRC race.

No reason not to do both unless it's a $$/entry fee thing

I think I'll be keeping an eye out for the weather forecast before I make my final decision...Fontucky can get really, really hot! I've done the 100+ degree heat there in a DH helmet and gear...not fun!

If it's gonna be hot, it'll be hot everywhere

I'll be riding somewhere, somehow, either way!
