man i was there when casbah went down during the race. although i dont think he sustained any injuries, the hollow "body hitting the ground" sound was a little unnerving. you ok casbah?

who wants to see a 6''x8'' bruise accompanied by some blood? looks like theres nothing I can't crash on. Gonna be hurting tomorrow...

thanks to all that helped me get back on my feet again after the crash, as well as helping me throughout the day. And congrats to everyone that raced, you guys/gals did awesome!

Realized today I need to replace my stanchion tube on the Marzocchi scratch caused the seal to leak. One more thing...

Depending on the scratch or dent in you stanchion, they might be able to be fixed with a little auto-body filler. I've managed to do that on my old forks and they are still running on the original seal-set.

Use fine grit sandpaper on the scratch to cut down any sharp edges. Fill the area with auto-body putty and let it set. Sand the filler until it matches the contour of the stanchion. Then lightly sand with 600 grit paper then ultra-fine steel wool to make the surface smooth.

It may work if the seal isn't cut up too bad.

I'm cool just gonna have one half of my body completly bruised I need to check out my helmet in the morning and make sure i didnt break the foam my bike hit me way hard. I havent crashed good for awhile. If im not gonna make the main im glad i went down in flames.

The xc photos are going up still I think there is a couple hundred left to go. I'll see what i can salvage from 4x the ones i took right after I fell all came out blurry for some reason.

ps i know that prrof in the middle sucks ill be changin it to something more transparent when its done also i will post the str photos on here where they are right click stealable
