just a reminder, i think there's a NASCAR race that same weekend... so be prepared for some HEAVY traffic!

Yeah, I nearly forgot about it until I saw my hotel price! Up $30 bucks for this weekends race!

Luckily, I can shoot down the 60 instead of the 10.

The 10 and Cherry backs up horribly when the two races are on the same weekend looks like I can cut down the 15 to Jurupa and across? Anyone for some 4X/DH friday? Ricky touched on it but these 2 kids have been tearing up the 4x track on their motorcycles. We spoke to them nicely about the damage they were doing but sure enough next time we were there this past week they were back at it. Frustrating ...

Does it back up at 8 am, or just later on?

Boy that I'm not sure I usually arrive around ten and takes forever to make it on to Cherry. Atleast this time I know ahead of time to avoid it.

Edit: answer to Brandon below going back to riding without the brace tomorrow but know it'll be OK.

This is going to be my first time, I am really looking forward to it. Do we register the day of the race, or do we mail in our registration?

You can register on race morning. Be early, as the line is usually very slow moving. What class are you racing in? XC? Super D? DH? 4X? Kids XC? J/K

Looks like we'll be doing some track repairs Saturday morning. I'd love to be up there Friday during the day, but I get off graves that morning and I'm going to need some sleep.

Ricky and Destroyer-can you guys bring up some brooms, rake, and a flat head shovel?

I'll be there early Saturday morning if anybody wants to give us a hand checking the track for moto damage?

Stiches out, okay to race!!! XC and DH for me!!! Wanted to do 4x but doesn't leave enough time for DH practice. I guess I will just have to wait for DS at Chamberlin Ranch.

i think she would be fine with a little bit of practice...
either that, or practice 4x alot, and jsut race it at that other race you mentioned... then you'll be hard to catch

Hey Bob a few of us will be out there tomorrow I'll let you know how the 4x is?? I might do xc today there not sure till last minute where I'll go. Those mc tires could leave some horrible ruts in the rain and I'm guessing they're out there daily. I wonder if Donny owns that section that he can post something those guys don't even wear helmets idiots!!
Just to mention it's the Cherry offramp that backs up so much with the speedway races not freeway traffic as much but some.

Nancy is very good! But like most of us, she probably feels better with lots of practice. At least, I usually do

I'm all for a hard core 4X track with trees and rocks in the track, but chewed up soft ground isn't much fun to race on. Hopefully they don't do too much damage and the rain keeps the ground wet enough for us to repair what we need to repair to keep the racers safe.

Yeah, I'm not taking the 10 in. I'm going the extra few miles to the 60. I don't even think the 10 will be an option come Saturday morning.
