Start smoking and hit some raves and crack out out a little you will look old enough to fit right in with us old guys.
That old crack head guy who thought he was training the kids at Fontana was only 21. He just did one too many drugs.

I only have a little beer belly. The problem is I have not been drinking beer.

Default That is what i was saying.

Drugs wear you out. I have never done drugs.
I stay far from them. I don't drink either. When people get to know me I am wacky enough without drinking.

My plan was to deter you from drugs indirectly.

Easy there, Youngster. Not all of us 35-44s have beer bellies.

It depends on the number of racers, but usually until around 12:30-1pm. The pros start at 10:30am.

so i went for an xc ride today to see how bad the damage was for about a month and a half off riding xc...
i suffered a bit on the road getting to the trail and once i got there swtopped to stretch.. i made the climbing part no problem, went to the downhill went down a bit, blimbed back up claremont, across again, and halfway down, then back up, down all the way then up and down the trail on the right again... funny part was, i really wasnt that outta shape, and the mud made it even harder to pedal!
maybe its cuz im young
but if i had to guess i would say i climbed 2200 feet, which is about 2 laps at fontana... hmm maybe il race sport xc saturday??

David - if it isn't raining there will be a group of us hanging out somewhere watching also, so may be more fun for her.

I know that Steph, myself, Nancy, and others usually hike back up to spectate when we are done!

No reason to show up before 10:30. If she feels like meeting some of the mountain bike group come out to Tustin Brewery after 3:30 for Andy's event! Proceeds go to homeless kids/women in OC.

if worse comes to worse ill have tou stand on the road the second lap and destroy a spike strip to slow my competitors down
