Nothing against them, I just don't think it's the end all be all that everyone is always so horny for.

Okay, I'm calling out Evil Chocula on this one. He gave me s#%t about not wanting to do the Hodges ride two days after I ran the marathon.

Come on, step it up!

skip the sh!ts and take him to the golf course and drop in on the south side down to carmel valley fire road. He can pick the one that goes along the fence line or the one before it. I saw a guy on a hardtail with only 80mm in the front go for it.

OK, I guess I read it wrong. The way you worded it seemed that way to me.

That run is tough. I've been looking at it for a while. The real drag is the trail is crazy rutted at the bottom, so you can't really gun it.

I'm not horny for the s#!ts, but it gets you out of riding on pavement. Plus, there's a bit of singletrack that parallels cobbles if you don't take the stepped stuff at the bottom. It's bike friendly in one direction.

I know but PacMan likes that stuff. Maybe not on the SS but on the Yeti I know he would. He does hills like that at Daley and Elfin. I think on the SS it might suck. I didn't think about that but I did see a couple guys on HT do it so I think he could.
