I'm still a maybe for tomorrow but I'll be cruising also. No injuries just haven't been riding much lately.

This ride sounds tempting since I haven't ridden a trail since that Halloween ride at Aliso. I feel my legs might not be in tip top condition to keep up with you guys and I've never been on this trail. Guero, Gene any input on whether I should attempt this or not?

go for it jesse. it is a gradual 9 mile climb, worse comes to worse you turn around and head back down. i think you can probably hang though.

Ok I'll think about it. I've been to the entrance of Blackstar so finding it wont be a problem. Is the climb fireroad?

There was a mountain lion sighting on Black Star yesterday. Good training motivation cause I wouldn't want to be DFL tonight.
