Justin and I are planning on getting there around 7:45. It'll be cold, so no dawdling in the parking lot

Lower SJT parking area. It's off of Highway 74 by the San Juan fire station and the religious camp area thingy. NOT up by the candy store or Blue Jay.

I guess if Crash is gone we will spend all morning chasing him

If you are coming from 5 that should be about right. We're coming from 15. It'll just start getting wind-ey and you'll need to make a left. You'll see the big fire station there. Er, it's not HUGE, but there's definitely a building right off the highway. There's also the traffic stop about half a mile or so away also.

I'm loading up the truck, and hope to be on the road by 5:45 (coming from Pasadena). I'll be heading on to SD afterwards so it's kinda "on the way . Looking forward to it. I'll be in an old green ford ranger with an OTB sticker, riding a green Bionicon Edison.... see ya!

Just as an FYI, California closed the loop hole that allowed companies to NOT allow vacation to role over.

It is now California Law that if you dont use it, you can roll it over for up to a maximum of twice your allocated vacation time before you stop accruing vacation.

Excerpt from http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/FAQ_Vacation.htm

Q. My employer’s vacation policy provides that if I do not use all of my annual vacation entitlement by the end of the year, that I lose the unused balance. Is this legal?

A. No, such a provision is not legal. In California, vacation pay is another form of wages which vests as it is earned (in this context, "vests" means you are invested or endowed with rights in the wages). Accordingly, a policy that provides for the forfeiture of vacation pay that is not used by a specified date ("use it or lose it") is an illegal policy under California law and will not be recognized by the Labor Commissioner.
