Aww shiat, why'd you have to go and say that? I'm bringing two weapons, the ss Surly, and the cx bike. I sure hope I don't eat it.

Mike, I would like to contribute, but I have soccer commitments until the early afternoon. At what time does the event start?
I have never ridden the loop, and I wouldn't mind bringing my CX bike...

From high-noon on Friday the 23rd of November until high-noon on Saturday.

The ride will start and end at the Brea Dam Park, which is approximately 1 mile north of Chapman Avenue at 1700 North Harbor Boulevard in Fullerton.

I'm going to get there early so I can set up and for parking at Brea Dam Park. Claim my spot sort of speak. I plan on camping out and making a weekend out of it.

Considering I'm new to the whole cx thing I found it to be somewhat difficult, but I think experienced cx'ers would love it. I have to say I didn't crash there.

My good friend Pilas!!!! I haven't seen you since Downieville. How are you??? Hopefully you have been training like a mad man and plan on destroying everyone out there. Fully Loop is a great CX course. One or two steep climbs, nothing that will make you get off the bike, but steep none the less. You'll find it great for CX training. Hopefully I'll get to see you out there.

Well Andy, the truth is that you haven't seen me since Downieville because I haven't been riding much.
I have been trying to keep some of my fitness by running a couple of times a week, but between work, family and other commitments, I have been riding only about once a week.
It has been a month since I've thrown a leg over my mountain bike, but I may show up on Friday for a couple of slow laps at the loop. I'm trying to decide on what bike to bring (SS, FS, or CX).
I'll see if my sidekick Andrew wants to come with me, although he may be out of town this weekend.
I hope to see you there also.
Cheers!

I wouldnt ride them things just because they're not safe to really ride On!! but the Loop is not tuff for the new type of rider. U can also walk sections u dont feel Ok about.

Damn, I thought the same thing!

I plan on getting there around noon. I'll do a lap on the cx bike, then kick it a while, then head back out for another lap on the ss. I plan on leaving around 3:30/ 4:00pm.

Hollywood and I were thinking of hitting it in the late afternoon. Do a day lap and a night lap.
