Forgive me if this thread is missing details. It's my first ride ever I posted.

The winter season is well on it's way I think it would be fun to get one last day of lift serviced mountain biking before Snow Summit closes down it's mountain biking operations and opens for boarding/skiing.

Here's the deal:

Meet at the snow summit parking lot at 8:45 am or so.
Chairlifts are open from 9 am to 4 pm.

All are welcome to join.
If you never ridden there before you should be comfortable on 95% of the trails if you are an intermediate level rider. Nothing too crazy. Just a fun day with maximum descending and minimal pedaling.

If you are thinking about bringing your downhill bike, you should be aware of the DH bike rules for snow summit found here: http://www.bigbearmountainresorts.com/summer/biking.php
It says that DH bikes are NOT allowed on the chair but 95% of the time they will let you slide. Just don't show up dressed in full out DH gear with full face and body armor. If you are rolling a triple crown fork, make sure you ride up to the chair with a group of of people who are on XC bikes and stay in small groups of about 3 so you don't draw too much attention to yourselves.

If you want to rock a DH bike, I'd bring a backup XC or trail bike if you can.

The weather for Sunday looks good. The mountain is open for biking. It's on.
