LPQ Sunday Afternoon

Sunday after noon. Like an hour after noon.

Meet at the ball fields at 1:30.

On the agenda is little Waimea, power lines, tunnels, the s#!ts, and cobbles. We could add in the intestines if there's interest.

BTW let me know if the times need adjustment. Just don't forget the time has changed and it gets dark earlier.

Somebody had to. It took about three threads to get here.

The reason I set up the alternative starts is I live very close to Carmel Country. I figure I can ride to the ball park and meet everyone else there. I just wanted to toss out the other meeting place cuz there are some fun trails going from there to the canyon.

Which trail is Little Waimea? I heard it mentioned but I don't know which one it is.

I'm in as long as we meet by the ball fields. 1:30 there works awesome for me. Now you guys have to promise not to ditch me on the flats as I'll be SS'ing.

I believe Waimea is that super steep fireroad right there near the Wagon Wheel crossing. I have been calling the singletrack to the west of it Little Waimea. Anyone know if I'm right?

BTW, the trail that runs up from the parking area that forks to the one labeled Euclyptus is pretty fun* and connects to Little Waimea. Euclyptus is fun* too, but you have to ride on the road from there. I plan to take it back to the lot.

Since everyone is meeting at the ball fields, I might leave a little early so I can make sure I'm on time. So, I'm not going to bother checking the CC dirt lot.

Awesome ride--I'm sorry I missed the Cyclocross event.

I felt pretty good today--I'll blame the SS. I think it'll also be getting the call Tuesday night.
